近日,由法国VP建筑设计事务所规划及设计的摩纳哥海上计划Mareterra项目正式向公众开放,这个耗资十五亿欧元的杰作,是世界上最特别的奢华目的地,也标志着法国VP可持续城市海上计划的可行性研究取得成功。
Recently, the Mareterra Monaco Maritime Program, planned and designed by Valode & Pistre Architects, was officially opened to the public. This €1.5 billion masterpiece is the worlds most extraordinary luxury destination. The project also marks the successful outcome of VPs Sustainable Urban Maritime Program feasibility study.

The design of Mareterra brings together several world-renowned architects and engineers. The 60,000 square meter complex includes 14 villa residences, 56 apartments, retail, restaurants, public facilities, an extension of the Grimaldi Forum, a green eco-campus of approximately one hectare, public spaces, a central plaza, and a 2 kilometer long waterfront promenade.

The design of Mareterra brings together the contributions of world-renowned architects.VP Architects was responsible for the design of the overall urban plan, the architectural design, the design of the infrastructure and the overall municipal design, as well as the design of the Jardins dEau and Colline areas, which contain public infrastructure and exhibition spaces.Renzo Piano Architecture Studio was involved in the design of the harbor area and the Le Renzo residential building, while Michele De Vigne led the landscape design, skillfully integrating urban and natural elements.

This ingenious land development plan by VP has expanded Monacos territory by six hectares, representing approximately 3% of the principalitys total area. It greatly enhances the utilization of the coastline and is globally recognized for its emphasis on sustainability, architectural innovation, and the maximization of public well-being. It has become a new symbol of Mediterranean luxury.
项目集建筑美学与生态智慧为一体,由多个团队积极紧密配合,让项目比原计划提前六个月落成。
The combination of architectural aesthetics and ecological intelligence, and the active and close collaboration of several teams, allowed the project to be completed six months ahead of schedule.

In Mareterra, VP designed a series of hotel buildings for Monaco from the visual imagery of the letters, conveying the deep artistic, cultural and creative power behind them, giving the buildings a sense of style, design and quality, as well as providing chic surprises.

Mareterra is expanding Monacos cultural infrastructure by adding an additional 10,000 square meters to Grimaldi Square, with 6,000 square meters dedicated to exhibitions. Public amenities, including a meditation space, the Blue Cave (a marine observation area), and a pedestrian promenade, ensure that the area meets the needs of all, fostering community engagement and cultural enrichment.
